All services of this web site provided for entertainment purposes only, and is
not intended for any illegal or otherwise prohibited purposes. Neither
SpoofTel Ltd. nor any of its employees, agents, data or content providers
shall be liable for any such illegal uses of our services or any consequential damages
caused by such prohibited uses. By accessing the SpoofTel Ltd. site, a user agrees to
indemnify and save harmless SpoofTel Ltd. from any liabilities resulting from such use.
SpoofTel Ltd. shall not be liable for any damages or costs of any type arising out of
or in any way connected with your use of the services within this web site/server.
For site security purposes, as well as to ensure that this service remains available
to all users, we use software programs to monitor traffic and to identify unauthorized
attempts to upload or change information or otherwise cause damage.
A user agrees to not process fraudulent payments to SpoofTel Ltd. knowing that users found to have processed fraudulent charges will be subject to having their privacy rights on SpoofTel Ltd. revoked.
Accounts that have not had any activity for the past three months will become inactive. You must send an email
to admin@spooftel.com requesting your account to be made active again before being able to use it. Accounts that have been
inactive for six months will be deleted. You are only allowed one account per household unless written authorization is received by
SpoofTel Ltd. Users found to have created more than one account will have all accounts suspended and possibly terminated. Sharing of accounts is
strictly prohibited and posting of your user name and password on forums or bulletin board systems will result in immediate account
termination.
SpoofTel Ltd. will never give out your email address or other details to any third party unless we are required to do so by
a Canadian court order or if contacted by legal authorities in relation to a crime.
